Hey! My name is Jordan Weinstein. I believe money is the most powerful tool on earth. But like any tool, it can be used in empowering or destructive ways. ikifi was started in 2021 from my deep passion for financial education and entrepreneurship. I love helping others use money intentionally, and create incredible opportunities from implementing proactive financial systems & practices.
In my spare time I love cooking (eating), traveling, playing basketball, journaling & reading philosophy!

Quarterly services have a hyper specific ceiling in terms of business complexity. The set price is built to serve businesses below this ceiling. Whereas monthly services are scalable and provide much more hands-on support and services.
All of our client's financial data access points are AES-256 encrypted (bank grade-encryption). This allows us to have view-only access to financial data in a secure way. We do indeed use 3rd party software (QuickBooks, Dropbox etc.) that have their own security protocols as well.
We offer 1099 filing services, but no personal or business tax returns (yet). 2026 is the target to begin offering these services, under the IRS designation of Enrolled Agent status.
Bookkeeping is the mechanism of accounting. It is the micro to the macro. There is no good accounting without excellent bookkeeping. That is why we focus on bookkeeping. It unleashes accounting strategy and long-term planning.
